1-minute commuting survey

Together with your employer we - Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar - look at the possibilities to improve the accessibility, sustainability and traffic safety around your work location. For that reason, we would like to know how you and your colleagues travel to and from work.

 

Data Processing

For the survey we ask you to fill in some data. Your data will be kept confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than to conduct this survey for your employer. The results of the survey will only be shared with your employer in an anonymous form. Your employer will not see what you have entered. To carry out this research we use a web-based tool of our service provider Made4It with whom we have concluded a data-processing agreement for this purpose. Answering the questions takes only 1 minute.

Survey data policy

You grant permission to Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar to process the following data:

  • Age
  • Home NL postal code (without house number) or home Belgium / Germany postal code with street name (without house number)
  • Residence
  • Country
  • Work address with street name and house number
  • Shift/office hours
  • Employer Parking
  • Mode of transportation
  • Lease- or companycar
  • Number of days working from home
  • Obstacles to use of bicycle and/or public transportation as well as how employer can encourage bicycle/public transportation use

Withholding (or later withdrawing) your consent will not have any adverse consequences for you. You don’t want to give your consent? That’s fine, but then you cannot participate in this 1-minute survey. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing mobiliteitsmakelaars@zuid-limburg-bereikbaar.nl. Please note that all data processing operations that have taken place prior to this withdrawal remain valid. Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar processes the above mentioned data in order to perform a mobility scan of commuting for your employer. The mobility scan is performed in order to advise your employer about promising measures to improve mobility in the region. Your data will not be kept longer than necessary to perform the mobility scan.

The processing of data by Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar will take place in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar Privacy statement, available at https://www.zuidlimburgbereikbaar.nl/nl/over-ons/privacystatement/

Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar ensures that the research results presented to the employer cannot be traced back to your individual participation and your anonymity is guaranteed. However, it is not 100% excluded that in an individual case a connection to an individual participant can possibly be made (e.g. depending on the place of residence), but in that case the employer already disposes of this data anyway.

Your data will be anonymized by the relevant employees of our service provider Made4It who will process the data on our behalf through their web-tool. The anonymized data is then not shared with anyone other than the relevant employee(s) of Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar who must have access to it in order to conduct the research for your employer. The employees of both Made4it and Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar are bound to strict confidentiality.
